EXPRESS DELIVERY - 5,90 $
The estimated delivery period is 2-4 business days *

* If your adress is in Florida, the delivery should arrive more rapidly

We are a French brand but we are shipping locally and the returns are made in our warehouse in Florida so they are no custom fees.

Exceptionally, if a product is out of stock in the US warehouse, it can be shipped from France but we cover all the custom fees that may apply and the delivery period is the same.

Exchanges & Returns

You have 30 days from the shipping date to return your mysapotille.com purchase for FREE.

If you want to return an item purchased on mysapotille.com, you have 30 days from the shipping confirmation date of your order to do so free of charge. The items should have all tickets attached and be in perfect condition.

You can be eligible for an exchange:
Love the item but need to change a small detail? You can simply select a different size or color, or exchange it with another item.

You can be eligible for return on store credit/ gift card.

You can be eligible for a full reimbursement on the original method of payment.

In order to ask for a refund, an exchange or a store credit/gift card, you must have generated a return form online. Orders returned without a return form won't be accepted.

Once we have received your article(s), the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
The refund will be made via the same payment method that was used for your initial purchase.

If you asked for an exchange, the new product(s) will be shipped under 3 business days / For a store credit/gift card, you will receive an email within 48 hours.

You will receive the return confirmation via email once the return has been completed.
